The Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies (BESA) is Bar-Ilan University鈥檚 independent, non-partisan think tank, producing policy-relevant research on Middle Eastern and global strategic affairs鈥攅specially issues central to Israel鈥檚 security, foreign policy, and regional stability.
